Don’t drink the water – drink the wine. Is it time for a re-write of the lyrics that Dave Matthews famous? The singer has just announced that he will be launching a range of wine to be known as The Dreaming Tree which will be produced with Californian wine producer Steve Reeder.
According to Reeder:
“Dave and I wanted to make wines that are complex yet approachable – fun wines that are food friendly and available for anyone to enjoy. With The Dreaming Tree wines, we’ve combined the worlds of wine and music and have created something that we personally enjoy, and enjoy sharing with friends.”
Wines will go on sale in the US later this month and will be available in red and white. Matthews joins a number of other singers and musicians in an attempt to launch a branded wine, including AC DC and Cliff Richard, among others.
